General Media Conduct

✔ All media representatives must be registered to attend.

✔ Respect the privacy and workspace of designers, buyers, and exhibitors.

✔ Follow event staff instructions at all times.

✔ Maintain a considerate presence—avoid obstructing walkways or exhibitor booths.

Photography & Videography

Filming & Photography Rules

  • Designer appointments are strictly for buyers; media should not book appointments unless requested by the designer.

  • Photography and videography are prohibited inside fitting rooms and backstage areas.

  • Permission must be obtained from exhibitors before capturing content at a designer’s stand.

Content Usage & Credits

  • All publicly shared images and footage must credit One Fine Day Bridal Market.

  • Commercial use of any content requires written approval from the OFD team.

Interviews & Designer Interactions

Interviews with Designers & Exhibitors

  • Interviews must be requested in advance; on-the-spot requests may not be accommodated.

  • Keep interviews brief and respectful of ongoing business discussions.

Respect Private Meetings

  • Designers are here primarily for business—buyer appointments take priority over media requests.

  • Please do not interrupt scheduled meetings.

Social Media & Content Sharing

Tagging & Hashtags

  • Ensure attendees are comfortable being featured before sharing their images.

No Misrepresentation

  • Do not post misleading content that misrepresents the event, brands, or attendees.

Security & Compliance

Unauthorized Activity

  • Unauthorized media personnel attempting to take photos or disrupt the event will be removed.

  • Report any suspicious behavior to event staff immediately.

Legal & Confidentiality

  • Adhere to any NDA agreements or embargoed content restrictions from designers.

  • Certain collections may not be publicly shared—verify permissions before posting.
